WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice that started in Japan. It’s based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all of us, and when that energy is low or blocked, we can feel stressed, unwell, or emotionally off-balance. During a Reiki session, a practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body to help guide and rebalance this energy. People often describe feeling deeply relaxed, calm, or emotionally lighter afterward. It’s not tied to any religion and is usually used as a complementary practice for relaxation, emotional support, and overall wellbeing.

"My Reiki session was a powerful and deeply healing experience. During the session, I could feel energy shifting and releasing things I had been holding onto for a long time.
